PRESCRIPTION PICK-UP- All customers picking up prescriptions requires some form of photo identification. All appropriate insurance cards including applicable Medicaid and Medicare cards should be available for verification. Anyone picking up a controlled substance for another party will require a copy of that person's photo i.d. as well as their own photo i.d. Prior consent may also be required for third party prescription pick-up at the discretion of the pharmacist.

DELIVERY SERVICE- Delivery service is available at Fairview Pharmacy within the local areas (10 mile radius) for a nominal fee. Delivery outside the allotted area may require a slighly higher fee. Non-prescription deliveries are available and require a $25.00 minimum order.

SHIPPING- Shipping via Fed-Ex, UPS, and USPS are available. Fees vary depending on the shipping mode.

COMPOUNDED PRESCRIPTIONS- In most cases we require a 24 hour minimum for any compounded prescription, new or refill. Please check with the pharmacy ahead of time for an estimated time of preparation.
